分享几封报价后的邮件跟进模板:循序渐进式的跟进方式

每次报价后,不知道怎么跟进客户?不好意思老是问,又不知道怎么问?

这次分享一些本人喜欢用的跟进邮件。先声明一点:邮件内容绝对是因人而异,因客户而异,因具体事情而异的,绝不要生搬硬套,也不要什么客户都用这种模板。

仅供参考,不要照搬。

首先,报价后的第一封邮件跟进。

建议时间隔一天,或者几天。有的产品报价很简单,那就隔一天跟进;有的大型设备报价非常复杂,好几页的报价资料,那就留给客户一些时间去考虑,但是建议第二天就先问问客户是否收到了,然后再隔几天正是跟进。

这封邮件,我的习惯是:简单跟进和慰问。

HiThis is xxx again. Wish this email brings my best regards to you.

I write to follow up with the quotation. Did you receive the following email and my quotation ? How do you think of it?

I have been uploading videos to our YouTube account every week, you can have a look if have interest:xxxxx

Looking forward to hear from you.因为此时,你不知道客户如何评论你的报价,是偏高还是偏低,是否符合理想报价?所以,建议按兵不动,简单并直接地问客户觉得如何。

第二封:客户几天不回复,直接了当地询问发生什么了

正常来说,收到报价后,要么觉得太高了回复你;要么觉得挺满意回复你。如果不回复,有几种可能:

1. 客户在等其他供应商的报价,以作参考

2. 客户并不完全感兴趣你的产品,只是想了解一下价格备用

3. 你的价格很不令人满意,客户懒得回复

4. 客户暂时没有回复的思路,因为他们需要讨论,了解产品行情,一定时间后才会回复你

那么这封邮件,试着问出来客户的原因,看看客户是否回复:

HiA nice day.

Haven't received your feedback about my quotation on xxx 日期.Are you hesitating about the prices ? or the characteristics of our product ? If not mind, may you share with me your hesitation?

To avoid the email was sent failed, I attach quotation again for you. Please kindly have a look.

If you have interest to get samples, we can provide.

Looking forward to hear from you.也可以直接打电话,或者在线问。如果没有这些联系方式,就邮件跟进吧。

第三封:客户很久仍不回复,再直接一些,最好吸引下客户的注意力

这个时候,可以基本肯定,一定发生了什么事。要么客户放弃了;要么暂时放弃;要么不喜欢。上述几种原因都有可能。所以邮件再直接一些,并且继续游说客户。

Dear Mr.

Greetings.

Actually, you once showed interest in our product, and required for the quotation. I sent the quotation on xxx日期. However, didn't receive your feedback from then. I attach the detailed introduction again.If you checked the documents I sent to you in last email, you must have found that our xxx has better performance than xxx.

Although, it is a new product in your country, it is not very new in our country . We have manufactured the xxx for over 15 years, are one of the first batch of factories. The technology is mature already. Now in China, this product has already been well known by most companies. It has been spread to most large and middle cities and now is entering small and remote areas.

We know it is still a new product for most international markets, so that we are paying more attention to international markets recent 3 years.

Like the way it grows in China, we believe international markets will soon accept it in fast speed, should be faster than its speed in China. So that is why we still try to recommend again to you. It's a large potential market, waiting for your joining.

Looking forward to hear from you.这是一封推荐新产品的邮件。很多时候,报价时客户并不了解你的产品,所以需要继续展示给客户。上述邮件讲述了一下产品的发展形势,如果客户有意向发展新产品,会愿意继续讨论。

如果你的产品不是新兴产品,那就调整一下措辞,主要思想就是,继续阐述你的产品优势和市场前景,勾起客户讨论的欲望。

第四封:客户几乎不回复了,看时机抛出诱饵,试试能否勾起客户的欲望

这时候,客户一直不回复,电话也效果不佳,只能不断进行邮件跟进,希望客户不要忘了你。

其实到这一步,这个客户基本属于半沉寂状态,并不是你的跟进重点了。你无法得知客户到底为什么突然消失,但是可以肯定的是,客户暂时没兴趣。无论是你的报价原因,还是他的计划有变。总之,目前没计划开展这个产品。你需要将重点放在真正感兴趣、着急了解产品的客户那里。

那么这封邮件,意在提醒客户你一直在关注他的回复,同时可以更新一下产品状态,价格有变的话,也可以通知客户。

Greetings.

This is xxx again.I sent emails with details and quotation for our xxx, however didn't get your further feedback. May I ask directly: do you still have interest to try this new type of xxx?

As we know, your country and surrounding markets have large market for xxx, similar as China. Now China has accepted this new material and we are exporting to more and more countries. Like what I said before, it has been spread to most large and middle cities and now is entering small and remote areas.

So, we believe if you try it in your country, it will also be popular soon, and you will be much earlier to catch this opportunity.

Besides, since of China tax policy support from April, now the prices have big discount than before, if you have interest, I will provide newest quotation for your required specifications.

Wish you to consider it again.有电话的话,一定要至少打一次电话,既能正面沟通,又能加深客户对你的印象。但是邮件一定要一直都有。

先分享这几封了,实在是没有固定模板,每个客户都那么的与众不同,哪能一致对待。报价后的邮件跟进,我的习惯是由简至深,循序渐进,既要简明扼要,又要直抒胸臆。不要浮于表面,也不要今天讨论讨论天气,明天分享产品动态,后天聊聊计划,总是绕开跟进的重点。你的重点就是报价,既然想知道客户对报价的意见,以及为什么不回复了,那就绕着这个问题一直跟进,同时进一步展示产品的优势和吸引力。
